Service Description

Beginner to Ringer Level 1 is an 8-week foundational pitching program designed for brand-new and developing pitchers. This course teaches the essential mechanics every pitcher must master before focusing on speed, movement, or game pressure. Your athlete will learn: - Proper fastball grip & wrist snap - A clean, repeatable arm circle - Glove-side stability & timing - Consistent release and early strike control - Basic lower-half footwork and balance - How to warm up and track progress like a real pitcher Each week includes focused instruction, clear drills, simple homework, and CoachNow support so parents always know exactly what their athlete should be doing. Advancement Standards (Key Performance Indicators) To move to Level 2, athletes must pass: - Stacked Snaps KPI - Arm Circle Strike KPI - Power Line Footwork KPI - Posture & Balance KPI If they’re not ready, they simply repeat Level 1 — development is earned, not rushed. Who This Class Is For - New pitchers - Pitchers needing a stronger foundation - Athletes who struggle with throwing strikes Next Step After Level 1: Passing Level 1 unlocks Level 2: Drive & Command, where pitchers build power and learn to hit 7+ strikes out of 10. Cancellation Policy

BEGINNER TO RINGER - CLASS POLICY To keep the Beginner to Ringer program fair, consistent, and aligned with the standards of NF Softball, the following policies apply to all athletes and families enrolled in Level 1 and Level 2: ATTENDANCE & MAKE-UP POLICY No make-ups are offered if an athlete cannot attend a scheduled class for any reason (vacations, conflicts, school events, illness, etc.). This program is built on progression — missing a class does not pause or change the curriculum. If NF Softball must cancel a class due to weather, instructor illness, or facility conditions, a make-up session will be provided. All athletes will still receive: - The weekly training content inside CoachNow - Drill videos - Homework assignments - Accountability tasks - Any progression notes or KPI reminders This ensures athletes stay on track even if they need to miss a session. COACHNOW REQUIREMENT All communication, homework, weekly videos, and KPI testing documentation are done through CoachNow. Families are responsible for posting required assignments and checking updates weekly. ADVANCEMENT STANDARDS Athletes advance only when they meet all program KPIs. Attendance alone does not guarantee progression. RESPECTING TRAINING STANDARDS Every athlete is held to the same expectations: - Be on time - Bring equipment - Follow coaching directions - Complete homework assignments - Submit required videos This structure ensures fairness and prepares athletes for the discipline expected at higher levels of pitching development. PARENT COMMUNICATION All questions or communication must go through CoachNow. This keeps everything organized, documented, and consistent for every athlete.
