How it works

Choose Your Plan
 

​Pick your training commitment — 3-month or 6-month — and complete registration.
Once you're in, I’ll activate your CoachNow account and we’ll get moving.

Get Onboarded

You’ll receive:

  • CoachNow invite +
    onboarding guide

  • Welcome video walking you through the process

  • Goals Questionnaire (inside the General channel under the Welcome Video)

This ensures we start with clarity — not chaos.

Learn the System

​

I’ll upload short intro videos explaining each CoachNow channel, what goes where, and how to get the most out of the app.
Simple. Organized. Athlete-proof.

Schedule & Start Training

​

On the 20th of each month, you’ll receive a scheduling link through CoachNow to book two private sessions for the upcoming month.

At the first session, we will:

  • Run a baseline assessment

  • Discuss goals, priorities, & obstacles

  • Build a customized training plan backed by KPIs

From day one, your athlete trains with purpose — not guesswork. 💪

We coach effort, not excuses.

This plan requires discipline.

 

Your athlete must:

  • Train at home between sessions

  • Complete drills & upload video on time

  • Own their habits and progress

  • Arrive prepared — not restarting every lesson

 

If you’re looking for a twice-a-month quick fix, this isn’t it.
