How it works

Choose Your Plan
Pick your training commitment — 3-month or 6-month — and complete registration.
Once you're in, I’ll activate your CoachNow account and we’ll get moving.

Learn the System
I’ll upload short intro videos explaining each CoachNow channel, what goes where, and how to get the most out of the app.

Schedule & Start Training
On the 20th of each month, you’ll receive a scheduling link through CoachNow to book two private sessions for the upcoming month.
At the first session, we will:

Run a baseline assessment

Discuss goals, priorities, & obstacles

Build a customized training plan backed by KPIs
