WILL MY DAUGHTER STILL BE ABLE TO PROGRESS WELL IN YOUR TRAINING PROGRAMS WITHOUT ACCESS TO AN INDOOR FACILITY DURING THE WINTER?
Absolutely! You do not need regular access to a gym or facility. If you have a net and a bucket of balls, you can do almost every workout during the winter months!
CAN MY DAUGHTER DO PRIVATE LESSONS WITH YOU?
Private lessons will only be offered as an add-on to the CONNECTED COACHING plan.

Once registered for the plan, a link and password to schedule private lessons will be emailed to you.
ALL OF YOUR CLASSES ARE BOOKED! HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TIME WITH YOU?
Classes do tend to book fast. In response to this, we have created several plans to aid you in your progress.

The CONNECTED COACHING plan is a great value and the only plan that allows you to book a private lesson if you choose to do so.
DO WE NEED TO BRING A CATCHER TO LESSONS?
No. Pitchers will do all of their pitching with a net during classes.

There may be times when a catcher will be required, but the pitcher will know in advance when one is needed.
HOW OFTEN DOES MY DAUGHTER NEED TO PRACTICE WHAT SHE LEARNS IN THE PROGRAM(S)?
Deliberate and mindful practice is vital to improvement. A short, 5-minute practice done daily will yield big results with mechanics as long as the player took quality reps.

We have also created several monthly plans which include workouts that should be done 3-days each week. These plans were devised to help guide your player's practice and progress outside of the onsite instruction.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR LESSONS?
For In-Person Instruction, players need to bring the following:
Tennis shoes
Water
Glove
Facemask (if worn in a game)
Bat & helmet (for those doing hitting)

Everyone enrolled in the Online Instruction will be required to have the following for at-home workouts.
Jump Rope
Arm-Pro or J-Bands
Mini-Bands
Bucket of Softballs
Net
WHAT AGES AND SKILL LEVELS CAN TRAIN WITH YOU?
Most programs are open to girls 8 years and older, from beginner to advance.

Programs are designed to help any player that is passionate about improving both their physical skills and mindset. Players need to be capable of focusing on the instruction for the duration of the class.
WILL YOU COME TO MY AREA TO DO A CAMP OR CLINIC?
Absolutely! Contact us with details and we can send you a quote.
ARE MAKE-UP LESSONS ALLOWED IF MY DAUGHTER MISSES AN IN-PERSON LESSON?
We hate for your daughter to miss a session as much or more than you do! If she has to miss a class, we will do our best to switch her day/time with another player for that week.
