21K Pitching: Mechanics @ 7PM
For beginning pitchers learning to consistently pitch strikes.
Service Description
The 21K Pitching Program is structured to give pitchers purpose and direction in their training. Players will learn the fundamentals of pitching and work towards passing their Mechanics KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). These 3 drills "test" the player's technical pitching abilities and let the pitcher know she is ready to advance to the next training phase. Requirements: Use the free CoachNow app and complete weekly assignments. Put in the effort and develop your listening skills while practicing for the one-hour class. Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make it to a session for which you have pre-registered, please call or email us at least 4 days before the start of the session. If we are able to fill your spot with an athlete from the waitlist, you will not be charged for the session or course. Absent spaces will be considered a “Late Cancel” and charged the full session.
