Service Description

The instructor will guide students through a sequence of postures containing elements of strength, flexibility, and endurance. This practice focuses on deepening knowledge of alignment and building strength and endurance in standing and balancing poses. Instructor: Ashley Martin is a certified 500-hour RYT in Hot Power Vinyasa from The Hot Room in Indianapolis.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make it to a session for which you have pre-registered, please call or email us at least 4 days before the start of the session. If we are able to fill your spot with an athlete from the waitlist, you will not be charged for the session or course. Absent spaces will be considered a “Late Cancel” and charged the full session.
